Refund policy
All Refunds/Returns will be given as Store Credit ONLY.
Customer Must pay for return shipping to receive store credit.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - No refunds.
However, if a pre-ordered product becomes unavailable following a transaction or if technical problems prevent delivery and it has not shipped yet, the customer is eligible for an in-store credit or a Digital Gift Card. Only funds that have been paid towards the original pre-order item(s) will be given in the form of in-store credit or a Digital Gift Card. Certain fees are not included and will not be credited.
Any issues with your order must be communicated to Little Details Limited Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return and Exchange Policy
Limitations on Returns and Exchanges
To ensure fair use of our return and exchange services, we have established the following guidelines:

Return/Exchange Limit: Customers are allowed up to 3 returns or exchanges per calendar year.

Restocking Fee: For each return or exchange after the first one, a restocking fee of $8.00 will be applied. This fee covers the cost of processing and handling the returned items.
General Return and Exchange Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as final sale
Process for Returns and Exchanges
- Initiate Return/Exchange: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Process Restocking Fee: If applicable, the $8.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or charged at the time of the exchange.
Exceptions
In the event of a defective product or an error on our part, the restocking fee will be waived, and such returns will not count towards your annual limit.
Example Scenario
Customer A buys three items throughout the year and returns each one:
- First Return: No restocking fee.
- Second Return: $8.00 restocking fee applied.
- Third Return: $8.00 restocking fee applied.
- Fourth Attempted Return: Return is denied as the limit of 3 returns/exchanges per year has been reached.
